Responsibilities
To supervise gate activities i.e. in-out of individuals & material movement.

To monitor unnecessary movement of the people inside the office.
To strictly implement all management policies with the help of department head and Incharges.
To look after safety & security matters of the office.

To inspect firefighting equipments on fortnightly basis.

To make sure that all emergency exit routes are not stuck, easily accessible and guide the people to follow emergency exits for faster evacuation in case of an emergency.

To maintain a safe and secure factory environment that meets health and security standards.

To supervise housekeeping staff and ensur
Maintenance and Repair of Office Equipments, Appliances and furniture & Fixtures.

Ensuring smooth operations by managing internet and power back up.

Coordination and Negotiation with vendors and service providers.

Keeping a record of all vendors and service providers.

Dealing with matters related to bank, utility bills, cash with-drawls, funds deposits and documentations.

Assisting in preparation and dispatch of legal documentation as per needed by governmental institutions including EOBI, FBR, SECP, PSEB, PTA and SRB.

Procurement of Office Supplies and Consumables.

Keeping record of daily/monthly expenses and handling of cash.

Coordination with Janitorial staff to ensure that office premises remains clean and tidy.

Bringing necessary changes in order to keep ambiance pleasant and professional.

Coordination with management for deliverables, pitching new ideas and resolution of issues.

Managing overall office and general administration activities.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Ensure the submission of cheques in the relevant banks.
Ensure that office supplies and utilities are available all the time.
Responsible for scheduling of office management accordingly.
